I'm Leon Laskowski, a Berlin-based photographer specializing in portrait, reportage, and travel photography.

After 8+ years of working in product design and creative consultancy, I transitioned into photography in my early thirties.

Whether portraying companies or photographing a travel story — the unique materialities of culture; our spaces, objects, textures, surfaces and colors are central to my visual story telling and exploration. As the designer I hear all things talking — as the photographer I capture their meaning.

With a particular interest in portraying personalities within the context of their specific undertakings and environments, I seek to showcase examples of lives and professions that are driven by passion and authenticity.
